As Horse Insurance specialists, SEIB are proud to have been running these competitions for over two decades and we make every effort to ensure all competitors have a good day and gain something from the experience.
We will be there to guide and support all those on their way to the Championships but our judges are happy to offer advice on the day to help everyone improve and learn from the experience. So many times competitors don’t qualify at their first attempt but by taking the time to listen to our judges and taking on-board the advice given often they come back at a later date and qualify for the big occasion. In the past this has taken a couple qualifiers for some, but for others it has taken several years. However nothing compares to the excitement of qualifying. The more work that has gone into the attempt the more satisfying the accomplishment. So don’t get upset and just give up - ask for help!
SEIB take all cheating very seriously and we believe that the rules of Search for a Star are very clear. If you are not eligible it is very likely that we will hear about it and we WILL TAKE ACTION and will disqualify any competitor that has broken the rules. Please note SEIB have the right to change and update the rules at any time.
